The word "opacus" refers to clouds so dense it obscures the sun and the moon. We do the same with our minds.
The thoughts become so dense, it obscures the sun and the moon of life. No light enters our lives.
The result is depression, fear, negativity and ultimately illness. Without enlightening the thoughts, the clouds become denser.
Meditation is the act of creating space between thoughts. It allows the light of life to shine through, and to reconnect to our true self, hope, trust, love and gratitude.
