Creativity - the key to your uniqueness

It is impossible to find your identity without being creative in one or the other way.

The most significant agony in life – in line with poverty and tragedy, is the inability to give expression to your uniqueness. Your purpose is not only a job and an income, but it is also a way of expressing yourself freely without fear.

When you fail to express your identity, you will never find your purpose. You will always feel as if you do not add text, colour and shape to the beauty of life.

A lovely metaphor that Wayne Dyer used is that of an orange. When you squeeze an orange, what comes out will be orange juice, because that is what is in it. If anything else comes out, it shows that there is a severe identity crisis.

When you find that life squeezes you, many things can come out. When you do not know your true identity, the following will be squeezed from you:

  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fear
  • Insecurity
  • Self-importance

The following elements will be squeezed from people who live true to their identity:

  • Respect
  • Acceptance
  • Love
  • Forgiveness
  • Trust
  • Faith
  • Calm
  • Joy

When you know your identity, you express freely and without fear. By engaging in creativity, you learn to show what is inside.

The Creative Journey will help you to unlock your bodies wisdom. See how the wisdom flows from your fingers as you draw, write and contemplate.
